At Veenvy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If a product is not suitable, we do our best to help you in accordance with the conditions below.
Exchange Conditions
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- the item is new, unworn, and unwashed;
- the tags are intact;
- the product is returned in its original condition.
Ineligible Items
Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration cannot be returned or exchanged.
Incorrect or Defective Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Exchange Procedure

- Provide your order number.
- State the reason for the request.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
Refunds
Any refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the order situation and applicable regulations. When a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
