What are the delivery times?

Generally, orders are delivered within 1 to 5 business days in Morocco, depending on the city and carrier.

How can I track my order?

Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email and/or WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery (COD) as well as other methods displayed at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will find a solution quickly.

How do I choose my size?

Refer to the Size Guide available on each product page. If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend taking the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Veenvy primarily focuses on orders within Morocco.
